Shipping

In-stock merchandise ships within 24-48 hours. Backordered items are shipped upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. All shipments are via UPS. Wholesale orders shipping varies with a minimum of $7.95 up to 7.5%.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We will be glad to make an exchange or refund if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact Dana's Designs within 10 days of receipt of order. Dana's Designs will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in original packaging when returned. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a RAN. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Dana's Designs will not accept any damaged or defective merchandise without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in original packaging when returned. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a RAN.
